Gradebook: Grader Report > Quick Feedback
by (ADMIN) Michael Levick - Monday, January 23, 2012, 09:34 AM

For the following reasons, I have changed the default setting on Grader Report to not include the Quick Feedback column:
  1. The majority of instructors don't use Quick Feedback in the grader report
  2. Displaying this column expands the grader report horizontally, making for a lot more scrolling when using the grader report
  3. When instructors have Online Text assignments with Inline Comments, the entire text of the student's submission, with the instructor comments, gets copied into this field, which causes serious problems with the Grader Report.

If you want to display the Quick Feedback column in your Grader Report, just change your personal setting as follows:

  1. Select Administration > Grades
  2. From the Choose an Action menu, select My Preferences > Grader Report
  3. In the General section, set Show Quick Feedback to Yes.

Thanks,
