Student enrollments are available in Moodle for instructor purposes BUT that’s different than students having access to their courses.
Students will only be able to gain EALRY access to the contents of a course if they’ve:
1: been enrolled (manually by the instructor or via Banner) AND
2: the course start date allows for the student to gain access AND
3: the course is set as visible
