Moodle: Maintenance Update v3.7 MP1

Our Moodle hosting provider will be applying a software upgrade on Thursday, February 13th between 12:30am-2:30am Pacific Standard Time (PST).
During this upgrade, classes.lanecc.edu will be unreachable and/or slow to respond. Actual downtime is typically less than the hours allotted, but please plan accordingly.
This upgrade will not contain any new major features but it does have several bug fixes and minor enhancements.

Additionally: 3.7 MP1 adds the ability to find and upload images in PLD's HTML email editor. A new button allows you to upload images and videos to an email created through a PLD rule. Before this implementation, you could only add images by attaching a specific URL.
