Pre-Requisite Prep

Ensure you have a Canva account. If you don't have an account, you can create a free account using Google Sign in.

Instructions

  1. Make a copy from this Canva Template Design.
  2. Access the Check Design for Accessibility tool.
  3. Add alternative text to the shapes and icons! 
    • Tip! When your mouse hovers over an item, the boxes at the top left of that item can be checked. You can select all shapes at once using this method and mark them as decorative. 

What Does Success Look Like?

  • Colored shapes are marked as decorative.
  • Icons and images should have alternative text assigned describing what the image is portraying.

No submission is required or accepted. This activity is for your benefit and practice of the skills presented in this micro-learning!
