Types of Resources
A resource is a tool to help you understand information and content that is important to the course. They are traditionally static elements like text, PDF files, images, etc. Sometimes a resource will link you to multimedia or websites outside the course walls.
Here is a general overview of resources you may see in your courses.

| IMS Content Package | A series of content items that may be interactive in nature but not graded. | ![]() |
| Label | Text or media elements that appear on the front page of the course. Your teacher may use these to display videos to you or organize your course content into sections (e.g., homework). | ![]() |
| Page | This content is housed off the front page of the course. In Snap, this displays on the front page itself and opens with the More button. | ![]() |
| Book | A series of pages of content that is presented in a chapter format. | ![]() |
| URL | A link to an external website or repository. | ![]() |
