Your site offers multiple ways to view course overview information as a way to keep you on track.

My Courses

The My Courses menu provides quick access to the courses you are enrolled in, upcoming deadlines, grading information, alerts, and messages. You can click the Favorite icon (i.e., the star) for a course so that it always appears first in the course list. This area can not be customized. The Dashboard feature, which will discuss next, can be customized and is available to you by selecting the Dashboard link within My Courses.

Dashboard

By default, you can customize the Dashboard page by clicking the "Customize this page" button as highlighted in the image below. However, if you do not see this icon, it means that your organization doesn't allow for editing of this page and controls the information available on it. This page can display course information such as favorite courses, unread forum posts,  and upcoming assessment activities along with the due date and an indication if they have submitted or not. If you are able to customize this page, then you may wish to use blocks such as Course Overview, Timeline, Recently Accessed Courses, and My Private Files. Boost users can access this page by clicking Dashboard in the Nav drawer or through the user menu.
