Completion requirements
This is a general template to follow when responding to customers via email.
When responding to customers, you should aim to be polite, professional, and concise. (If you need a refresher, check out the Rules of Netiquette from Albion.)

We just finished importing your question bank into Moodle. Please let us know if you need anything else!
