• ALWAYS make sure you have the correct CRNs when working on a Moodle course.
  • If you don't know the answer, get the customer's contact information and tell them you will get back to them ASAP. Then research or ask one of your coworkers/supervisors or Moodle admins. Do not waste the instructor's time or give them incorrect answers.
  • If you think of a better way to accomplish something, check with the Moodle admins. If the admins agree with your process, communicate with the instructor.
  • When working with an instructor, repeat the request back to them to avoid miscommunication. We need to make sure we know exactly what we need to do before making any changes to a Moodle course.
