ATC Classroom/Lab Support and Scheduling

  • ATC Classroom/Lab Support and Scheduling

    • Enhanced Classroom Support

You should already know how to operate the AV equipment in Enhanced Classrooms.  In the ATC, we are often asked to assist faculty in classrooms with equipment operation. Be sure you are ready and know how to:

      1. Troubleshoot for instructors in smart classrooms.
      2. Set up classrooms for presentations and workshops in ATC and other rooms.
    • Scheduling in the ATC: 25 Live

25 Live is the calendar application that is behind the Lane Events (on the LaneCC home page). You will use this tool to schedule ATC events and to reserve classroom CEN 219 for groups who wants to use it.  If you need to review how to open and search Lane Events and 25Live, see S2S 104.

      1. Get all the information from the requester before ending the first contact with them.

      2. The campus scheduler is Brent Ellison.

      3. Follow the checklist for mailing the weekly to complete the chore.
