Evidence Analysis

  • Evidence Analysis

    • The National Forensic Science Technology Center Forensic Science Simplified web page introduces how specific types of evidence are analyzed in the lab. This course will focus on the types of evidence discussed in class or lab, including glass, drugs, blood, DNA, and arson fuels.

For each type of evidence, use the NFSTC website to answer the questions:

      1) Once submitted to the lab, how is the evidence analyzed?  Be specific.

      2) Is each test presumptive or confirmatory?
