Tip of the Week:
Recreational Gym The Athletic Department is offering drop-in weight lifting in the weight room in Building 05, Room 130. The weight room will be open to all Lane students on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM starting week 2.
Student Health and Wellness Clinic provides rapid testing for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C! Eligible students can get free or low cost Chlamydia and Gonorrhea testing.
Mental Health and Wellness Center Want some support in getting clean? Join us on Fridays at noon beginning Oct 25th in the Zen Den (Building 18, room 102). No clean time required. You can also drop-in appointments for existing and new students who need some support on Wednesday November 6th, the day after Election Day from 9-12 and 1-4 pm.
Career Pathways If you are looking to learn basic skills for cooking at home, or a few new ways to stretch your budget. Join a free 6 week non-credit course called "Cooking Matters." The course will run Oct. 14 to Nov. 25 on Monday afternoons from 3 to 5pm.
Learning Zone Need help sifting through syllabus, navigating Moodle, remembering where to be when, and figuring out due dates? Drop in to the Learning Zone in Building 16, Room 193 to make a term plan with an Academic Coach! Coaching and tutoring are free to Lane students. Online options also available at lanecc.edu/hub (link opens Zoom front desk).
ATC-Digital Tool Hub Digital Tool Hub improve your workflow with software and allows you to succeed as a student. You check the Digital Tool Hub and find Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, is free for students with a Lane email.

Tell us what you need and want from LCC this year! The Lane Student Government Association (SGA) is gathering student input to make this academic year amazing. Fill out the quick form to share your thoughts, and you’ll be entered to win awesome prizes!
Do you have a concern about a class? If you have a concern about a course your are taking, please talk with your instructor if you feel comfortable doing so. If not, please consider filling out a class concern form. Common class concerns can include: not posting grades in a timely manner, unexpected changes in class modality/delivery, unreasonable changes to the syllabus, and grade penalties for academic misconduct without the opportunity to explain.
