Tip of the Week: You’re So Close!
The end of the term is in sight. You got this! Here are some tips for finals week:
It’s not too late for tutoring (and check out Study Jam today). Meet in person or online to review for the final. Get sleep, drink water, eat good food. If you’re dealing with food insecurity, the Titan Pantry is open to all Lane students. Find a quiet study space in the library. Buildings 10, 16, and 30 also have great little study nooks. Avoid distractions. Turn off your phone and set your computer to a calming music playlist. Practice self-compassion and self-care. The Mental Health and Wellness Center has online tips, the Zen Den, and counseling.
Remember, you’re awesome and you’ll have a nice long winter break after finals.
You got this!
