Students are invited to participate in an exciting mural contest. The winning design will be featured on the windows of the Aquarium Lab in Building 16.

To enter, students must submit the following by June 8: a concept sketch that incorporates a “find it” theme and provide an example of a completed painting that demonstrates the artist’s skills.

The selected artist will receive a $200 commission upon completion of the mural. All necessary art supplies will be provided. This is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to a vibrant, student-created space on campus.

Check out the FREE Student Leadership Conference, a powerful opportunity to kickstart your year with inspiration, connection, and purpose. Held from September 8–10, this three-day event brings together student leaders from community colleges across the region to build and strengthen leadership skills, connect with peers and mentors from diverse campuses, collaborate on ideas and initiatives that matter, and get a head start on making an impact in the new academic year.

This experience is a great addition to your resume and a valuable way to demonstrate your commitment to leadership and personal growth. The Student Government Association (SGA) is sponsoring up to 20 students to attend, so spots are limited—reserve yours now.

Whether you're a returning leader or just getting started, this conference will help you grow, lead, and thrive. Don’t miss your chance to be part of a transformational experience.
