Instructors,

Today (9/23) as of around 10 am we were notified Moodle login is currently not working. Moodle’s standard login page will not work and you won’t be able to log in as you normally would (with your L-number and password).

As of 5:00 pm, Moodle login is still down, and we are awaiting an update from our host. Users should continue to access Moodle using the Google or Microsoft sign-on options—those will still work when the regular login is down. If you were already signed into Moodle before 10 AM and keep that browser tab open, you won’t be kicked off while that tab remains active.

If you are an instructor who cannot log in using Google or Microsoft login, or when you log in with Google or Microsoft, you do not see your courses, please let us know at your earliest convenience at moodleadmin@lanecc.edu. Students who have trouble accessing Moodle can use Google or Microsoft, but it may not work for all students. 

We will send a final update when the issue is resolved.
