Winter 2014 courses are now available for instructor access. Â If you do not find your course, please let us know through the ATC (atc@lanecc.edu) Our recommended start of term procedures:
- Access your new course(s).
- Request a Meta course to combine multiple sections (if applicable).
- Import a Su13 or Fall13 course into your W14 course or Backup and Restore a previous course it into your W14 course.
- Verify your Gradebook restored correctly.
- Update all dates in the course (i.e. Assignment due dates).
- Update any other time sensitive material.
- Verify files open as desired from within the course.
- Verify images in your course appear and are functional, including images used in quiz questions.
- Verify any links in your course are still working.
- Make the Course available for students when you are ready for them to access it.
*If you experience any problems with any of the above procedures please contact the ATC ASAP. Good luck in finishing the Fall 13 term and beginning to prepare for Winter 14!
Please remember the 2009/2011 and the 2012 Moodle Course archives will be removed effective January 6th. Â You will need to backup and/or restore any courses from these archives BEFORE the January 6th deadline.
