Instructors,
Student spring 2020 enrollments are now syncing with your spring Moodle courses. By default, courses are not set to "show" to enrolled students and they will not have access to your course or receive news and announcement forum posts via email until you update the course visibility setting.
=> Here is a guide that will walk you through how to make your course visible to students.
Hint: If you don't see your spring term course listed, be sure to check within the hidden courses section of your My Courses dashboard page. To help you close out a previous course or to open an upcoming course you can follow our recommended Moodle course Start of Term and End of Term procedures.

đź–Ą Did you miss our “Zoom at Noon” trainings?Â
We will be announcing virtual zoom training opportunities as we can before the term begins. We highly recommend that you review some of these videos on the Zoom Help Center before joining a training session. This will optimize our time together online. For those wanting to take a deeper dive, there is a wealth of support articles and videos also available on the Zoom Help Center.
We also have the resources and documents to help students and teachers get up and running with Zoom:

Any last minute Meta Course requests?
A Meta course allows you to combine multiple sections into one Moodle shell. If you teach multiple courses of the same section a Meta course allows you to better streamline your work and reduce the need to duplicate resources, activities, etc. into multiple courses. Email the ATC if you would like a Meta course created or if you have questions on this process.Â

If you need help with course design, settings, course migration, Meta course requests, etc., please contact us in the ATC (atc@lanecc.edu).
