Mental Health Tip of the Week: Setting Goals
Have you set any goals for yourself this term? Setting goals can help you feel motivated and focused to complete a task. Goals are a great way to measure progress as well as to avoid procrastination and distractions. Sticking to your goals can help develop new positive behaviors and make organization a more manageable task. Here are some ideas of goals to set:
-
The grades you would like this term.
-
Waking up or going to bed at the same time each day.
-
Break larger assignments into smaller goals.
-
Save money for something you want or need to buy.
