Learning Garden Specialist Arissa Salina works at the planter beds between Center and Building 17. These are community beds where students are free to pick and eat all that is being grown. Today, they planted broccoli, but the other beds have arugula, mustard, spinach, radish, and garlic. The greens make a nice addition to lunches!
