Students taking any summer classes can get bus pass

 

Students taking any for-credit on-campus LCC classes at any time during the summer can qualify for a no-additional-cost student summer bus pass on the Umo smartphone app. Even if the student's class is in August, a student registered for summer can get a bus pass valid from June 12-September 16, 2023. LTD offering paid internship through Co-Op

 
Lane Transit District, named Best Mid-Sized Transit System in North America for 2014 is offering a paid internship opportunity at the starting wage of $17/hour. LTD values diversity and strives to expand representation at all levels of the workforce. LTD welcomes applications from BIPOC, women, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ community, and veterans.

Students can still use tutoring at the end of the term

 

Leading up to finals week, Academic and Tutoring Services is happy to offer study strategies, facilitate study time and/or groups, and serve as sounding boards and study buddies for students. This term, tutoring is on campus, at the Downtown Center, and in the Lane Support Hub Zoom Room ! At the main campus, Tutoring is spread across 4 learning centers according to discipline. To see the specific location and hours of each center, please visit our tutoring site to get the most accurate, up-to-date information. Drop-ins are welcome, but making an appointment is encouraged to guarantee time with a tutor.

Announcements/Reminders

 
From June-September, Student Affairs will be offering drop-in assistance in advising, registration and financial aid for summer and fall 2023 students in Building 1, Room 102-103 from 9 am-2 pm. Open to ALL students. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. The Clothing Stash is a free thrift store that provides clothing and shoes for LCC students.
