Goal: Gain the knowledge and understand the skills it takes to create documents that can be read and understood by as wide an audience as possible.

Step 1: Go to the ID Services webpage Anatomy of an Accessible Document.
Step 2: View the example of a properly formatted document.Step 3: Take a look at the webpage itself and ask yourself the following:
- Is the overall look and feel of the webpage welcoming?
- Is there enough variety for visual interest without being overwhelming?
- Is the hierarchy of information apparent? (Headings, grouping of items)
- Is the text short and concise? Is the reading order logical?
- Do the images have either ALT tags or captions? (You can't see the ALT tags but look for the caption)
