• Retrieving Archived Courses
  • At the end of a term, courses are hidden from students but are still accessible to instructors. However, after 5 terms, old courses are moved to the archive, and instructors can no longer access them.
• Basic Gradebook Troubleshooting (KB Article)
• Moodle Docs
  • Sometimes you will have to look outside of our documentation to find the answer to a Moodle question. The best place to look for answers is MoodleDocs. The information in MoodleDocs is very detailed but VERY useful when you need to find something specific. Also, instructors appreciate it if you send them a link to any useful articles you find.
    
    Take a look at these two examples:

  • You should be able to search MoodleDocs effectively while working with instructors! However, if you don't find an answer quickly, consult the Moodle admins.
