Late last night we received reports that a few students were unable to login to Moodle. Early this morning we were able to verify those reports and identified an issue where users who recently updated their password (March 1) were unable to access Moodle using those credentials.
LaneCC's IT Department isolated and corrected the issue as quickly as they could. All services have been repaired.
We know that this outage may have caused issues for several students. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you'll take this outage into consideration when working with your students. If you have any questions about this outage or need to confirm if students could not login (submit assignments, quizzes, etc..) during this time please contact me directly.
