⚠️ Service Interruption
Our Moodle hosting provider will be applying a minor software upgrade (3.8 MP2) on Thursday, October 8th between 12:30am-2:30am Pacific Standard Time (PST). During that time, classes.lanecc.edu will be unreachable and/or slow to respond. There are no new major features to announce but the update from our Moodle host provides several small bug fixes.
Does Your Course Include An Element of Sustainability?
In December 2019, Lane registered as a participant to complete a Sustainability assessment to obtain a sustainability rating specific for Higher Education Institutions, called Sustainability Tracking Assessment & Rating System (STARS). As part of this comprehensive project we need your help to identify courses offered by LCC that incorporate sustainability concepts within the course curriculum.

🍂 Fall Term Tutoring
Tutors and Early Outreach Specialist are available in the Lane Support Hub. All fall term students are enrolled in a free Moodle support space. Students can go there to drop into our Support Hub Zoom Room, find links and handouts, and chat with and email tutors.
⭐ Linkedin Learning Content Available to Include Within Your Course.
LinkedIn Learning is an online educational platform that has over 5,000 courses covering a variety of topics. LCC is providing instructor and student licenses to access this content at no additional cost. Linkedin Learning is a great for:
- Instructors who wish to provide quality training resources to students who are struggling on a particular skill or topic (i.e. google docs, zoom, moodle, excel, copyright, creating a schedule...and much more!).
- Instructors who wish to utilize specific Linkedin Learning courses as a substitution for textbooks or instructor created resources.

The ATC is open and ready to answer questions regarding your course delivery as well as help with software issues or other questions that may arise about your course. In the weeks leading up to Fall term, we've added Friday’s back to our hours of operation.

- Zoom: ATC Virtual Support (live virtual help) | M-F 10a-2p
- E-mail: atc@lanecc.edu | M-F 8a-5p + limited weekend support
- Our help articles are available to you 24/7.
