Dear LCC Students,
I hope this message finds you well as you begin a fall term at Lane Community College. I am writing to ask for your feedback on your college experience thus far so that we may enhance it for you and future students.
Lane will be conducting a comprehensive student survey during the earliest weeks of the fall term. This survey is designed to help Lane gain valuable insights and determine the best ways to enhance the success of each student.
The online survey will be administered to all students during weeks 4-6 of the fall term. The survey will cover topics such as your initial weeks at Lane, the services and supports you have utilized, and your level of satisfaction with various aspects of our institution, including advising, financial aid, tutoring, and healthcare services. Your opinions and perspectives are important contributions to our decision making for the future of Lane. We genuinely want to know: What do you need to succeed at Lane?
Credit students who complete the survey will be entered into a random drawing for one 3-credit waiver for Winter '24 term, with 10 waivers total to be selected during the drawing. Please note that current Lane employees are not eligible for the drawing.
Thank you in advance for your participation and engagement in the survey.
Your contribution will undoubtedly shape the future of Lane Community College, making it a supportive and enriching environment for all. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Institutional Research, at
ir@lanecc.edu
.
Wishing you a successful and fulfilling academic year ahead!
Warm regards,
Stephanie Bulger
President

Each year more than 25 million people participate in Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drills worldwide. Participants practice "Drop, Cover, and Hold On” (and other aspects of their emergency plans):
- DROP to the ground (before the earthquake drops you!)
- COVER your head and neck with your arms and seek additional shelter by getting under a sturdy desk or table if nearby
- HOLD ON to your shelter and be prepared to move with it until the shaking stops
Help us keep our students and community prepared and safe by encouraging participation in the
