Faculty - regarding the Banner outage this weekend -Â
This outage will NOT affect Moodle. Â You will be able to continue to log-in and use your courses through the weekend.
Moodle will not be able to create new accounts, courses, or sync enrollments while banner is down. Â However, there are not typically many updates syncing into Moodle during this time.

Beginning Friday night, February 15th, at 11:59pm, Banner will be shut down and inaccessible until Tuesday, February 19th at 6:00am.Â

We are migrating to a new set of banner servers and a new version of the Oracle database that houses our Banner data. This migration/upgrade will provide expanded capabilities and significantly faster operation of the Banner system. Our Touchnet payment gateways will also be down during this migration. No transactions will be processed until after the migration is complete.Â

Please prepare for the lack of accessibility by doing tasks you would have normally done during this time either before or after the President's Day long weekend.
