First off I see a lot of police officers, behind (possibly chasing) a running black man. I would assume he is running from them, and they are chasing. There is a huge amount difference, as far as a ratio of 100 to 1. But because i don't know what is actually going on, there isn't much else I could add. The part that was rewritten as 2015 suggests that America hasn't changed and that there is still discrimination? unfair treatment? Need more info.

    I think that they are trying to portray that people of color, such as this man, are still widely discriminated against in America today. I think they are showing that whites are still using the hierarchy that once was alive and well back in 1968.

    They are possibly chasing the black man for something he did or his family did based on his race.
