Over kill is part of the discrimination. We see it every day, if we open our eyes to the world around us.

The cover of the magazine shows a black man being chased by what looks to be close to 100 police officers. This looks to be some sort of riot, to me it seems silly that they would need this much law enforcement to chase down one man. The crossing out of 1968 and changing it to 2015, shows how this issue has been around a lot longer than just the current time, and this isn't the first time we've felt with something like this before.
