Dear Instructors,
Yesterday evening, classes.lanecc.edu experienced two unscheduled outages. While our monitoring tools indicate two relatively brief periods of downtime, user reports suggest that Moodle may have remained unresponsive for longer than these windows.
Confirmed Outage Details
- First Outage: 8:21 PM – 8:29 PM (~8 minutes)
- Second Outage: 8:55 PM – 9:05 PM (~10 minutes)
Our hosting provider has been contacted and will investigate the outages and provide a detailed report.
What You Can Do
- Check with Students: Please verify with your students if these interruptions affected their ability to submit assignments, complete activities, or access course materials.
- Provide Accommodations: If students report issues, consider offering extensions or alternative solutions as appropriate.
- Request Assistance: If you experience ongoing issues or need additional support, please contact the ATC for assistance.
