The Gender Equity Center let off some steam after the first week of the term and get your creative juices flowing. Crochet, color, collage, or make bracelets with beading supplies provided. All students are welcome, stop on by Building 1 Room 202.
The LCC Library has something for you! Visit our website for access to over 100 research databases, 1000s of ebooks, streaming videos, research guides by subject, and ways to get help with research and technology. Visit our interactive art project and share your answer to the question, "What do you want to say to the universe?"

The LCC Foundation Scholarship Application is open! Due date is March 4, 2025 at 11:59pm. We have scholarships for every background, major, etc! One easy application for hundreds of scholarships. We give away over $1 million every year to LCC students. FAFSA is not required to complete the application. This application is for the 2025-26 school year and students can also get tons of help with the scholarship process and access scholarship workshops.
The Student Health and Wellness Center is here for you! Do you have a sore throat, a UTI, anxiety, trouble sleeping, or need STI testing, birth control, or a flu shot? Services are free or low-cost and confidential. Make an appointment by calling 541-463-5665 or visit us in Building 18, Room 101.
The STEM Zone, located in Building 16, Rooms 193 and 169, is the main hub for tutoring at Lane Community College, offering a variety of resources to support your success. These include calculators available for term checkout, printing, computers, science and math textbooks for use in the STEM Zone, lab materials, and even snacks, meals, tea, and cocoa to keep you fueled while you study.

Jan. 17: From 3:00 - 4:00 PM The Steve Fund is partnering with Lane Community College to facilitate a virtual listening session as part of the Equity in Mental Health on Campus initiative. We are looking for students from diverse backgrounds and/or underrepresented students to discuss their perceptions of campus resources and the prioritization of students' mental health. Sign up here to register in advance.
Jan. 27: DUE DATE Share your perspective as a Lane Community College student at the All-Faculty and Deans Forum on Friday, February 14, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. We're seeking students for a 30-45 minute panel to share insights, shape student support, and connect with campus leaders. Panelists will receive questions in advance and can expect a welcoming environment. Participants will also receive a $20 food voucher and a small gift. All students are welcome—your voice matters, sign up here!
Do you have a concern about a class? If you have a concern about a course your are taking, please talk with your instructor if you feel comfortable doing so. If not, please consider filling out a class concern form. Common class concerns can include: not posting grades in a timely manner, unexpected changes in class modality/delivery, unreasonable changes to the syllabus, and grade penalties for academic misconduct without the opportunity to explain.
