Reminder: Moodle 2-hour timeout limit

Instructors,

Please remember Moodle logins will timeout after 2 hours of “none” activity.  This includes any students on the same quiz page for greater than 2 hours without saving their work. 

Make sure to incorporate this setting into your final exams.  If you have a final exam that lasts longer than 2 hours make sure to paginate your questions.  This will ensure any all questions on a page are saved and the student does not go over the 2-hour server time limit and become logged out.  If this happens they will lose all of their answers from the last time they saved their quiz.
