This is a reminder that per the request by management the Instructional Testing Coordinator, Toni Timmers, has been added to all Winter courses. Â

This is a process I am requested to complete for each course every term. Â The user is listed in each course within the "Other Users" section (Administration > Course Administration > Users > Other Users).
The Instructional Testing Coordinator role has the following permissions in each course (links to give greater detail on each permission):

- Preview quizzes - https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Capabilities/mod/quiz:preview

- View course resources - https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Capabilities/mod/resource:view
- Manage any calendar entries - https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Capabilities/moodle/calendar:manageentries
- View full names of users - https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Capabilities/moodle/site:viewfullnames
The Instructional Testing Coordinator user and role has been added to Moodle courses to help support instructors and students who use the Instructional Testing Center. Â This role will be added to every course each term unless the instructor requests for their courses to be omitted from this procedure.
If you would like this user removed from your Winter 16 and future courses please contact the ATC (atc@lanecc.edu).
