Hello Instructors,

Your Spring 17 courses are now available.  I will add student enrollments the week of March 20th.  Please make sure to make your course(s) available when you are ready for students to access after March 20th.  If you would like student enrollments added before this time please email me a request to sync student enrollments when you are ready.

NOTE:  Since our Moodle 3.1 upgrade you will need to click on the "Hidden Courses" link to see your Spring courses.  Once you make your course(s) visible to students they will automatically appear on your My Courses landing page after logging in.  You can also click the star in the top right corner of the course icon to always see this course in your My Courses page without having to click "hidden courses".  Please contact us in the ATC if you have any questions on how to view your courses.

Course Design:
We have created a Quality Matters course template for anyone wanting to import all or part of this course into their shells.  The QM template is designed following the Quality Matters rubric to help instructors with course design.  We have received feedback from many students that they appreciate the simplicity and clear, consistent organization of this layout.

Please send a request to the ATC if you would like the QM template imported into your course.

Meta Courses:
A Meta course allows you to combine multiple sections into one Moodle shell.  If you teach multiple courses of the same section a Meta course allows you to better streamline your work and reduce the need to duplicate resources, activities, etc. into multiple shells.  If you would like a Meta course or have questions on this process please contact the ATC.
