LCC Instructors,
At ~3:30pm today (05/08/19) Moodle experienced a brief unexpected service outage that lasted about an hour (3:30pm-4:45pm). The outage effected student and instructor logins to the system. Students and or instructors who were already logged in before the issue occurred were not effected and continued to use Moodle without any sign of interruption.
The problem was successfully identified as a rogue firewall setting and expeditiously repaired by LaneCC IT at 4:45pm.
