Instructors,
As of today, 1/9/2020, the Quickmail hotfix has been released. This included the issue where the selected recipients are cleared when trying to send a new Quickmail message. The block is back to working as expected and messaging students via the Quickmail block can be resumed.
Thank you to those of you who sent messages and reported this issue to the ATC. We not only appreciate the feedback but rely on it as a way to ensure everything is working optimally.
