At approximately 10am today (02/06/20), the Academic Technology Center began receiving reports that Moodle was becoming slow to respond. At 11:20am, classes.lanecc.edu became unresponsive and all users experienced time out errors or page loading errors. Our host's Tech Ops was immediately notified and began their investigation. 40 minutes later (12am), the site was fully restored.
I apologize for theĀ inconvenience this may have caused individuals as the interruption of service was unexpected. Exact details about the nature of the interruption will be made available to me by the host within the next 24 hours.Ā If there are any questions as to if the outage impacted a particular user, please follow up with me via email or stop by the ATC.Ā
