Hello Instructors,

Fall 2023 courses are now available to you in Moodle.

There are ~85 courses currently unassigned (assigned to "STAFF") along with sections yet to be built. If you don’t see your section listed, check the class schedule to ensure your department administrator has added you as the instructor of record.

➡️ To help you close out a previous course or to open an upcoming course you can follow our recommended Moodle course Start of Term and End of Term procedures.

Hint: With Moodle 4, you can filter (in progress, future, past, starred, removed), sort (name, last accessed), search, and view (card, list, summary) the courses shown in your "My Courses" area.  Student enrollments will be added one week prior to the beginning of the term (Monday, September 18th, 2023).

Here's a summarized rundown from the initial launch forum post:
  • Previously taught content is safe and sound. Simply pick up where you left off!
  • Many features have moved but work the same. Can't find a setting? Use our handy guide.
  • Automated popup tours will greet you at login to guide you. 
  • H5P activities are now created and edited from within a H5P content bank.
  • MoodleHQ is aware of indentation display and functionality issues. If you're interested, a 15-minute video details the problem and proposed solutions.

📅  Academic Technology Center (ATC) Support Hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
 The ATC is closed on Friday's as part of the summer college closure schedule. The ATC will be open to in-person assistance M-Th. We are located in Center 208, down the hall from J&J Coffee Shop.
